-Everyone greets everyone, it is considered rude to not greet someone.

-In the South eye contact is acceptable, but in the North it is polite to not look someone in the eyes during conversation, especially if you are talking to someone more superior.

-People respond “yes” and “no” the same as most places, “no” is shown with a side to side head shake, and “yes” is shown with a up and down head shake.

-Inhaling through the teeth is considered to show disapproval.

-Men and women are not to shown affection in public, but

friends of the same gender can hold hands, or goof around together.

​

-People only eat with their right hands, the left are used only for hygiene.
